CME launches new marketing strategy for Northvale Construction
Northvale Construction residential project, Church Walk Apartments.
Following extensive research and analysis, CME has launched a new marketing strategy for Northvale Construction.
Founded in 2008, the London-based business operates as a main contractor and a specialist cut-and-carve subcontractor. CME worked collaboratively with Northvale’s management team to develop a marketing strategy that will support the company's three-year growth plans by building the company’s brand positioning and authority across both divisions. The Main Contracting strategic aim is to become a prominent delivery partner for residential new build & refurbishment projects across London & the Home Counties. The sub-contract division will continue to build on its reputation as a trusted trade specialist for complex structural refurbishment schemes in the London commercial market.
The research involved comprehensive surveys with customers and employees to assess brand perceptions, strength and opportunities. CME also analysed competitor activity, tender submissions, target markets and potential growth areas. These insights have informed a marketing strategy focused on strengthening brand awareness, market positioning and competitive advantage.
Stephen Morrow, Managing Director of Northvale Construction, said: “We turned to CME as we needed an industry specialist who could guide us strategically, ensuring any future marketing aligned with our wider business objectives.
“The insights have given us a really good understanding of what we’re doing well and how we can improve. We now have a clear plan that will help to raise our profile and win more of the right projects. We look forward to working with the CME team to implement the strategy and take the first steps towards meeting our growth targets.”
